Job Overview:
Join our dedicated Poway Gardens Memory Care LLC team as a Caregiver, a vital role committed to delivering compassionate resident care. In this position, you will be monitoring resident health and supporting residents in various care settings. Your expertise will ensure that individuals receive the highest quality of care while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
- Engage with patients or residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's.
Skills:
- Proven experience working in assisted living facilities and memory care.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairments in our memory care.

Job Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: 2:30 PM - 11 PM Shift.
Pay: $19.50 per hour.
