As an assisted living facility with a strong focus on private pay and Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) programs, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join our team and expand our reach to individuals and families in need of our services.
The Marketer will be responsible for driving occupancy growth by promoting our facility’s unique services and building and nurturing relationships with referral sources. A strong understanding of the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) programs is essential for success in this role. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare private pay marketing, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of SNF and ALW programs, including regulations and processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
